Lager
the best Lager beers are pale in colour brewed at cool temperatures by slow fermentation with a slow-acting yeast. They are known for being crisper, cleaner and more refreshing than ales which comes from the long fermentation of at least 4 weeks (Lager even means 'to store' in German). It is common for craft lagers to be unfiltered and unpasteurised for added flavour.
