Wheat Beer
A wheat beer sees at least 50% of the malted barley replaced with wheat to make a light coloured top-fermenting beer. Often referred to as White beer or Wit beers they are typically light in color, low to medium in alcohol content, and can be cloudy or clear in appearance.
