IPA / DIPA
IPA is the style that kicked off the craft beer 'movement'. It was the late noughties when new breweries started emerging in the UK brewing bold new beers with new world hops. Inspired by All American IPA's these deliver big on floral, citrussy and piney flavours, they are usually mid-high ABV and dry hopped for added flavour and aroma... sometimes double dry hopped in the case of a DIPA.
